Vincent: Dear Staff, I am most grateful for the caring and kindness that you all showed me during my recent short stay at Walton Manor. I will certainly stay with you all again - if there is room and when I require rest and care in the future. Kind regards and God bless you all. |
Gill, Lesley & Karen (Family of a member):
We wanted to thank you for helping to make our parents John and Dorothy's Diamond Wedding Anniversary so special. You were exceptionally accommodating and we really appreciate this....my husband was visiting for the first time since they moved into Walton Manor and commented that he thought the staff were exemplary. You have helped make the transition from independent living so painless for us all, well done to all the staff and other residents.
